Featured Garden- The English Garden, Assiniboine Park

After touring the Butterfly Garden, and the Formal Garden in the Assiniboine Park, our next stop was The English Garden. We hadn't been there for several years, but it was as beautiful as I remembered.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

And once again, I found these two relaxing on a bench.

As goofy as ever!

I hope you enjoyed our tour of The English Garden.

Beautiful pictures! It's been years since we have been there. Really have to go again.

It really is a beautiful garden. I love way you can get off the brick pathways, onto the ones that are covered in wood chips, and go a little deeper into the garden.

All the plants are picture-perfect. I'm envious! That was really cute of your granddaughter in the hollow log. Thanks for the tour!

They must have a huge gardening crew to keep it so beautiful! Yes, Danica had fun in that log! (actually...my daughter) :)

Thanks for stopping by Kim. It was a beautiful day! It started out chilly in the morning, but warmed up to perfect weather for touring gardens...and a visit to the zoo.

It was beautiful, but after all that walking, my feet were worn out!

What a fantastic garden! I always wonder how the gardeners get such pretty combinations and display ideas. Thanks for sharing. I love the 'hat' shot.
